delicious tasting cake is the base to Every wedding cake, and every cake from the JHCC is baked to order. many contain homemade syrups, curds and sauces guaranteeing they are mouth wateringly delicious.

All fondant iced wedding cakes once layered together are then wrapped in a thin layer of luxurious Belgium chocolate ganache. This gives the cake the perfect base to ensure a flawless finish.
