My cakes are made in a kitchen where gluten, nuts, milk and eggs are present, so I can’t guarantee that any product is 100% free from traces.
Vegan and free-from cakes are available for dietary preferences and intolerances. Gluten-free cakes are made using gluten-free ingredients, however as gluten is regularly used in my kitchen, I refer to these as low gluten. They are not suitable for anyone with coeliac disease or severe allergies, as my kitchen isn’t a certified allergy-free environment.
